Welcome to Laurel Mountain Maker Works, my name is Shannon and I am the designer and or creator of the products featured in the store. True to our name, we are located on the road to Laurel Mountain Ski Resort and many of our handmade products reflect the themes of the Laurel Highlands area. However, I have a very vast and varied set of skills and interests and that lack of focus is reflected in the eclectic and constantly evolving selection of items and products that are offered for sale in the store. Over the last twenty years, I have been fortunate to own and manage multiple online and brick and mortar stores. I have always been extremely focused on providing a superior customer experience, no matter the quantity or cost of the merchandise. All the items featured in the store are in-stock and ready for pickup or shipping. Unless specified order turnaround is one business day. You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our Laurel Mountain location or we can ship them directly to your doorstep. We ship via USPS and Federal Express depending on the items size and weight. Currently, pickups are by appointment only, however that service is available most days. We accept all major forms of payment including: Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. Please Note these are handmade products and due to the nature of the materials and processes, items may differ slightly from the ones pictured. We a happy to provide photos the exact item you will receive upon request.
